About the Role

  • Meet and greet guests, generating sales appointments for our sales centers and livestreams.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide seamless transitions for owners and guests.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
  • This role requires weekend and public holiday shifts.
