Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host. As a key member of our resort team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, generating sales appointments, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business
  • Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts
