Job Overview

The Team Member role is a vital part of delivering exceptional customer service by interacting with customers and team members, supporting sales initiatives, and performing assigned tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Legendary Customer Service: Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, ask about shopping experiences, and appreciate feedback.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety standards and guidelines.
  • Perform various duties such as operating cash registers, recovering merchandise, participating in freight processes, and assembling products.
  • Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure their shopping experience is memorable.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary; retail experience and/or knowledge of farming, ranching, pet care, or welding strongly preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent desired but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately essential.
Working Conditions
  • Generally works inside with moderate noise levels.
  • Works on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.) with adequate lighting and temperature.
  • Work shifts vary from one store to another, but generally are no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
