Merchandising Sales Associate Job Description

The Merchandising Sales Associate is a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the visual appearance of stores meets company standards. This position involves traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise assembly, and signage maintenance.

  • Maintain regular attendance and adapt to varying store hours and conditions.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks accurately and efficiently, including planograms, resets, and cycle counts.
  • Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask, and Appreciate.
  • Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
  • Age 18+ and valid driver's license necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • Work inside and outside, often in moderate noise levels.
  • Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, potentially for long periods.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe and productive work environment.
