Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where diversity is celebrated, and creativity and ideas are valued.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:

  • Helping across a number of areas within the store from customer-facing to back-of-house operations
  • Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during, and post-sales interactions
  • Contributing to the brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into the store, following store receiving processes

This is an entry-level position that offers a competitive remuneration package, which may include generous sales commission and other fantastic incentives to celebrate success.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games. You will also need to be enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
