This is a senior role responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality human resources services. The successful candidate will have expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, classification, remuneration, recruitment, contract management, organisational change, policy development, performance management, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can provide timely, accurate expert advice through proactive business partnering and people solutions. They must develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and systems to align with public sector legislation.
