Site Operations Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled site operations professional to oversee daily activities, manage operational staff and support site projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resource allocation and deployment for personnel and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with clients and company staff to control costs, expedite services and address project variations.
- Liaise effectively with client representatives on a daily and weekly basis.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate records of site performance, resource usage and project progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Facilities Management within the mining sector.
- Previous FIFO experience is essential.
- Demonstrated experience supervising teams of up to 15 personnel.
- Solid background in Facilities Management, specifically in the mining industry.
- Knowledge of HR/IR requirements relating to Fair Work and OH&S generally.
- Statutory Supervisor certificate (Section 26) – required.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Willingness to complete a national police check prior to employment.
