Job Title: Change Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Change Transformation Expert. This role will play a crucial part in guiding, designing and delivering our clients' transitions and transformations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, with experience in developing and implementing tailored change experience strategies and delivery plans.

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs and develop effective change experience strategies and delivery plans.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, experiences and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices in change management.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses.
  • Support the growth of our team by participating in team development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead design initiatives that prioritize user needs, behaviors and experiences related to identified changes.
  • To work closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute change experience strategies that minimize resistance and maximize engagement.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop personas, user journey maps and other design artifacts to communicate user insights and design concepts.
  • Knowledge in conducting change impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes.
  • Familiarity in collaborating with project teams to integrate change experience activities into project plans.
