About the Opportunity

This role supports strategic priorities by ensuring our Operating Model is effective and enables the People & Culture function to deliver on strategy and key transformational projects.

Key Deliverables

  • Project management of large-scale organisational change initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams supporting delivery of organisational change in the People & Culture function
  • Design and implement self-service tools and knowledge for leaders undertaking OD activities
  • Develop frameworks, tools, and knowledge for the People & Culture function undertaking OD activities

About You

You will be a strong project manager with exceptional ability to guide and influence stakeholders on successful programs of change. Key requirements include experience in delivering projects and initiatives, particularly across an enterprise or multiple teams.
