As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you have the opportunity to play a crucial role in guiding, designing and delivering transformative change initiatives. We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Change Experience Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of change management principles and strategies, with the ability to collaborate with clients to assess their needs and develop tailored change experience plans. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute change experience strategies that minimize resistance and maximize engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored change experience strategies and delivery plans
  • Designing and facilitating experiences, workshops and communication plans to support change initiatives
  • Conducting stakeholder analysis and developing engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a consulting, change experience or organizational development role
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing change experience strategies and plans that align with organizational goals
  • Ability to develop personas, user journey maps and other design artifacts to communicate user insights and design concepts
