We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Service Coordinator to join our team at Bupa Bateau Bay, a modern care home on the Central Coast, NSW.

As a Hospitality Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our hospitality function, including catering, cleaning, and laundry services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Respond to residents' queries and requests
  • Laundry duties include loading washers & dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping, or ironing linen
  • Catering / food services duties include assisting with basic food preparation, providing meals and snacks, clearing dining areas, and dishwashing
  • Cleaning duties include general cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal, and living areas

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cleaning or catering experience preferred but not essential
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
  • Understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices and the ability to work unsupervised
