Job Overview

As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks associated with the management of stores. This includes receiving, storing and issuing medical, dental and general stores, using inventory management systems to order supplies, replenishing first aid kits under supervision of the Pharmacist, assisting in maintenance of medical and dental equipment, coordinating the hire of equipment and participating in stocktake activities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • ">
  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour">
  • Two years experience within a warehouse or stores environment (or part-time equivalent)">
  • Current forklift licence (desirable)">
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality care to patients">

About Us

Pearce Health Centre is a Defence Health Centre located onsite at Pearce RAAF base on the Great Northern Highway in Bullsbrook, approximately 40km north of Perth. The centre provides general medical and primary care services, along with physiotherapy, dentistry, pharmacy, and aviation medicine.
