Roofing Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and safe delivery. As the central point of contact for Site Managers, Roofing Supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will maintain project momentum while balancing customer needs and site conditions.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate trades, labor, and materials across multiple roofing projects, from job award through to completion.
  • Manage schedules, call-ups, inspections, and software updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve site issues, delays, or material shortages quickly.
  • Oversee site measures, quality checks, and compliance to maintain high safety and workmanship standards.
  • Contribute to operational improvements, reduced service tasks, and positive customer experience results.
