Job Overview

Lead strategic projects and drive impact as a Construction Project Manager in a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, plan, and manage construction projects within a portfolio, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery in retail environments.
  • Engage with stakeholders including renewal managers, contractors, and shopfitters to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, reporting, and forecasting to optimize performance.
  • Oversee construction activities, contract finalization, and site safety to minimize risk.
  • Manage contractor relationships and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Conduct project closeouts, quality inspections, and financial management to ensure accountability.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end Construction Project Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and best practices.
  • Qualifications in Construction Management or a related trade are highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to travel for site visits is essential.
  • A valid driver's license and relevant certifications are required.
  • Experience in retail or supermarket environments is advantageous.
  • Financial management skills and experience with ERP systems are preferred.
