Job Opportunity: Gold Room Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to assume the role of Gold Room Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of elution and gold recovery activities
  • Operate various processing plant equipment, including milling, CIL, crushing, and elution circuits
  • Monitor and report on any security concerns within the Gold Room premises
  • Operate forklifts, EWP, and skid-steer vehicles in a safe and correct manner
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and conduct regular inspections of the Gold Room
  • Promote efficient and productive processes within the Gold Room

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar environment with Acacia reactor operation
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks
  • Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT) is desirable
  • Confined Space Ticket and Working at Heights Ticket are desirable
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Team-oriented attitude and proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment
