Bellevue Gold Limited is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The mine has an estimated 10+ year life forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces.

Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration potential expected to grow the current high-grade resource.

The mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. The company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and development of major gold mines.

The goal is to achieve net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for the project by 2026. This will be underpinned by a sector-leading renewable energy power station, with a forecast 70-80% renewable energy penetration rate.

The vision is to be a sustainable gold mining company that creates value for stakeholders, benefits local communities, and fosters a thriving workplace.

Key Responsibilities

The Process Technician is responsible for operating all sections of the gold room and associated equipment in a safe, productive, and efficient manner to maximize performance while ensuring a high level of security.

This is a permanent full-time position based on site on an 8 days on 6 days off fly-in/fly-out roster.

  • Operate gold recovery processes according to parameters and report any variance.
  • Practically operate all gold room equipment including elution, regeneration, ILR, smelting, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of gold bullion inventory at all times.
  • Maintain a high level of security and vigilance.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of other areas of the processing plant to support the team by carrying out duties as required.
  • Identify and act on ways to improve output or efficiency of the plant and gold room.
  • Ensure routine maintenance is carried out for Elution and Goldroom circuits.
  • Monitor stock levels of gold room reagents and consumables to meet operational requirements.
  • Perform plant and equipment isolations as per procedure.
  • Develop and use Permit to Work documentation.
  • Undertake hazard analysis and ensure accidents and incidents are reported.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain adherence to appropriate procedures and processes.
  • Maintain a good housekeeping standard.
Desired Skills and Qualifications

Main Requirements:

  • A minimum of some industry experience.
  • Licence to operate forklift, skid steer, overhead gantry crane, loader, IT preferred.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Elution experience on Anglo American Elution desirable.
