As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals through their rehabilitation journey, guiding them towards a successful return to work. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing a portfolio of cases, including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare, and WHS.
- Assist individuals in recovering from injury and returning to work through a client-centered approach
- Manage a portfolio of cases, including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare, and WHS
- Undertake vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, and worksite assessments
- Deliver vocational counseling, facilitate interventions, and well-being programs
- Collaborate and liaise with employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals
- Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work
- Document case notes, applying clinical judgment to support and guide clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to helping others achieve their full potential. You will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehab Counseling or Psychology, with registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or RCAA
- Extensive knowledge of NSW Legislative WC
- A valid Australian Driver's License and own vehicle
