About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals through their recovery journey. You will work closely with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized plans.

  • Conduct vocational assessments to identify clients' strengths and limitations
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to promote health and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with employers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Provide counseling and support to clients to help them achieve their goals
  • Document case notes and progress reports to track client outcomes
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as rehabilitation counseling or psychology
  • Registration with a relevant professional body, such as AHPRA or ASORC
  • Extensive knowledge of NSW legislative requirements
  • Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation
