As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals through their rehabilitation journey, guiding them through the process and helping them to recover from injury and return to work.
- Assist individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centred approach, focusing on health and wellbeing.
- Manage a portfolio of cases, including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare and WHS.
- Undertake vocational assessments, initial needs assessments and worksite assessments.
- Deliver vocational counselling, facilitate interventions and wellbeing programs.
- Collaborate and liaise with employers, medical and other allied health professionals.
- Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work.
- Document case notes as part of your reporting, applying your clinical judgement to support and guide your clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. You will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehab Counselling or Psychology and registration with AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA.
- Extensive NSW Legislative WC knowledge.
- A valid Australian Drivers' License and own vehicle.
