We are seeking a dedicated and experienced veterinary professional to join our team as a Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor in Small Animal Surgery.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of veterinary education and contribute to high-quality clinical service delivery within a state-of-the-art Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
You will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and mentoring to our veterinary students, ensuring they receive a comprehensive and practical education in surgical techniques and procedures.
- Teaching and Mentoring:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in small animal surgery to undergraduate and postgraduate veterinary students.
- Lead and contribute to clinical service in the Small Animal Surgery Unit, including supervision of final-year students, interns, and residents.
About You:
- Ambitious veterinary professional with a veterinary degree registrable in Queensland (or eligible for registration).
- Demonstrated experience in clinical teaching and supervision in a veterinary hospital.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver educational programs that enhance student learning outcomes.
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
