Occupational Therapist Position

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team providing OT services to adults with disability living in supported accommodation.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for new graduates and seniors to apply.

A competitive salary package + super, plus the opportunity to work from home and on the road, visiting clients in their homes and out in the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with external stakeholders to provide individualised support plans.
  • Providing evidence-based Occupational therapy assessments and services.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Documenting and reporting on intervention strategies.
  • Contributing to initiatives related to clinical service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Supervising and mentoring other staff.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or approved equivalent.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
  • Clear understanding of the needs and rights of people living with disability.
  • Ability to assess and implement Occupational Therapy services.
