Lead Pro Bono Advocate


At bebeeleadership, we seek a seasoned professional to lead our pro bono and community initiatives. This role involves providing strategic direction, management, and coordination for our national Responsible Business Group.

The Ideal Candidate


We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for making a difference. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Lectally qualified with at least 7 years of legal experience.
  • A strong passion for access to justice/advocacy/community outreach.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder relations skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage staff and drive collaboration and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities


Develop and implement a comprehensive pro bono strategy that aligns with our responsible business objectives. Manage staff and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals. Maintain strategic partnerships with key organizations and develop new relationships to expand our community impact. Oversee the Foundation's hours and costs, ensuring efficient use of resources. Engage employees in community programs and initiatives, promoting a culture of social responsibility.

Requirements
