**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Social Worker to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our community by providing senior clinical leadership and team management within the Social Work Department.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work, eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, and demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of Social Work services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior clinical leadership and team management within the Social Work Department.
  • Support the mentoring and development of staff and carry a clinical caseload.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of service delivery incorporating continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, and research.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work.
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of Social Work services.
  • Experience and ability to identify opportunities and innovatively lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of service delivery.
