  • Providing timely and accurate payments to service providers and clients
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers
  • Managing inbound customer inquiries and correspondence, including account inquiries
  • Collaborating with other members of the team to achieve shared goals

To excel in this position, you will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer focus, and exceptional communication skills. You will also have a willingness to learn and develop an in-depth understanding of the NDIS Pricing Arrangement, Operational Guidelines, and legislation.
