Plan Management Specialist

This role entails collaboration with the plan management team to support individuals with disabilities by ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
The responsibilities include:
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of NDIS changes and developments.
- Processing and verifying provider invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Identifying discrepancies in invoices and resolving them efficiently.
- Accessing the NDIA portal on behalf of participants, ensuring seamless communication.
- Managing client records in CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the team's efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, numeracy skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong telephone and email communication skills are essential for success in this role, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and participants.
