We are seeking an experienced journalist/producer to create engaging content for our radio program.

This is a key role within the team, responsible for producing sophisticated briefs and providing editorial guidance to junior staff.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent skills and knowledge.
  • Proven creative leadership and ability to design engaging radio programs.
  • Advanced journalistic skills and daily radio experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide editorial input to the program team, assisting with program design, style, and philosophy.
  • Research and produce original content, and provide editorial supervision to junior staff.
  • Work effectively with presenters and publish stories in Core 10.
  • Carry out studio direction and operation for live and prerecorded interviews when required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently under broad direction.
