Graduate Finance Program

This graduate finance program provides hands-on experience through rotations across core business functions.

You'll start in our Finance team, then rotate through key functions, before returning with fresh perspectives to the Finance team and launching your career.

The program offers a strong foundation for your finance career by gaining valuable insight into how standards contribute to keeping every Australian safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with data, systems, and strategy in a dynamic environment
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports that inform key business decisions
  • Support day-to-day financial operations while contributing to process improvements and automation
  • Gain hands-on experience that builds a strong foundation for your finance career

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and thrive in team environments
