The role of Customer Success Manager is pivotal in driving business expansion and fostering enduring relationships with clients. As the primary commercial liaison, you will cultivate long-lasting partnerships and stimulate revenue growth through strategic upselling and contract renewals.
This position demands close collaboration with C-level executives to revolutionize client businesses. You will function as an expert advisor, leveraging Odoo's vast scope to continuously develop new skills and offer tailored solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Australia, providing exceptional service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
- Analyze and comprehend clients' IT projects, establishing yourself as the go-to Odoo sales expert.
- Identify opportunities for future sales by offering bespoke solutions that cater to clients' unique requirements.
- Demonstrate new products and features to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption and maximum ROI.
- Negotiate contract renewals, securing multi-year subscriptions and fostering sustainable business relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- A passion for software products and a keen understanding of their applications.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage 150+ clients and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- A solution-oriented mindset, equipped to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- 0-3 years of experience in IT/Sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Full working rights in Australia.
