Job Overview

Ventia is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the construction of civil and fibre projects. The successful candidate will have experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for ensuring all works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

About You
  • You will have a strong background in supervisory positions, with experience managing teams in civil construction and telecommunication areas.
  • A valid driver's licence and current first aid qualification are required.
  • You will be able to work under pressure, be well-organised, focused, and productive, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily pre-starts, construction walk-outs, planning, and activities to ensure site works are constructed efficiently.
  • Influence work crews in challenging construction environments through engagement, motivation, and mentoring.
  • Liaise with designers and logistics teams to ensure materials and equipment are readily available ahead of construction activities.
