Job Role Overview

This company builds project homes across Sydney, with a focus on the Northwest area. The successful candidate will oversee the construction of up to 22 new homes in Kellyville, Box Hill, Rouse Hill, and Marsden Park.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the build of multiple residential projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily workloads for all trade personnel.
  • Manage labour and trades both direct and subcontracted.
  • Maintain regular weekly contact with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on progress and performance.
  • Resolve any problems that arise during construction.
  • Attend regular meetings with the Construction Manager to discuss project developments.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum four years' experience as a supervisor for project homes.
  • A solid background in residential construction.
  • Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally.
  • Previous experience managing multiple sites.
  • Previous experience working for a project home builder.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
