Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead our testing efforts on a business transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and executing comprehensive testing strategies across various phases.

The selected individual will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define test strategy, execution, planning, development, and implementation
  • Build and lead a high-performing testing team
  • Develop and maintain IS system development, enhancement, and support policies and processes
  • Foster strong communication management skills

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • 8+ years of experience in test management, including quality assurance testing, manual and automation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working closely with business and IT stakeholders
  • A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience in developing and maintaining IS system development, enhancement, and support policies and processes
