Your Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with ambitious business objectives and technological innovations.
  • Craft and deploy sophisticated testing frameworks that integrate both manual and automated testing methods, enhancing speed, efficiency, and scalability of software delivery while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
  • Act as primary quality assurance liaison among senior management, technology teams, and external partners, driving consensus around quality standards, methodologies, and practices that reflect current and future industry trends.
  • Design, implement, and manage quality metrics and reporting systems that provide detailed insights into software development processes, facilitating strategic decisions and continuous improvements.
  • Build, lead, and nurture high-performing team of Quality Engineers, creating opportunities for professional growth and learning, ensuring team remains motivated and productive.
  • Continuously assess and optimize testing processes to ensure they are robust, efficient, and adaptable to changing project scopes and market conditions.
  • Proactively identify potential quality risks in software releases and create strategic mitigation plans to prevent disruptions in service delivery.
