Tax Advisory Lead

The Deal Advisory Tax team provides tax advisory services on significant transactions in the Australian market.
We seek a Director with a focus on Corporate M&A to lead our tax due diligence, structuring, and transaction document review efforts.

A successful candidate will have:
- Transactional experience as a tax professional
- Strong tax technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, supervise, and mentor members
