Senior Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned software development team lead to drive the success of our technology-driven retail bank. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching engineers, conducting regular feedback sessions, and ensuring high code quality.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge and project management skills, with a strong full-stack background in Java and Angular. They will also have experience leading projects from inception to production, refactoring large codebases, and tackling complex bug fixes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and coach engineers to ensure career growth and identify learning opportunities
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions on career growth and progress
  • Lead by example, being hands-on and diving into code when necessary
  • Ensure high code quality, testing, and security standards
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers
  • Relevant experience leading projects from inception to production
  • Strong full-stack background in Java and Angular
  • Solid knowledge in building scalable, maintainable, and low-latency web applications
