As an Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and commercial advice to clients working on projects such as growth strategy and commercial due diligence.

  • Ensure client projects run smoothly with high-quality outcomes
  • Provide day-to-day direction and guidance, including structuring and leading teams of consultants
  • Responsible for the successful completion of each project
  • Possesses an impressive range of expertise and understanding of the industry
  • Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in terms of project planning and management
  • Manage budgets and timeframes
  • Take ownership to uncover new business development opportunities and develop tailored proposals for clients
  • Responsible for managing junior consultants and provide mentoring, coaching and development

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 to 10 years work experience in a Management Consulting firm
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
  • An innovative and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Strong client consulting and strategic review skills
  • Demonstrates experience in marketing, strategy and organisation effectiveness
  • Extensive benchmarking experience
