Our organization seeks a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Engagement Manager.

Job Summary:
  • Leads the front-line engagement team, combining volunteer management with exceptional customer service to create seamless experiences for patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, train, and motivate volunteers to support live events and operations.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies.
  3. Coordinate interactions with ticketing and wallet systems to deliver excellent customer support.
  4. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Exceptional leadership and motivational abilities.
  2. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  3. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

This position reports directly to the Executive Director and collaborates closely with Operations, Sanitation/Food, and Marketing teams.
