Job Role

The Customer Engagement Manager is a crucial position in driving customer satisfaction and delivering business outcomes through impactful, relevant, and timely customer communications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of innovative, engaging, and personalized campaigns across owned channels.
  • Champion our brand tone of voice through content and style, ensuring we maximize our experiences.
  • Develop and share comprehensive communication plans for each campaign, including content, creative, timing, and placements.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of automated journeys within Braze based on behavioral triggers & high-value actions.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet expectations & reach the right customers, with a focus on regulatory or high-impact campaigns.
Essential Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM/Braze.
  • Prior experience in wagering/gaming industry preferred.
