Job Role:

We are looking for a skilled Facades Project Lead to join our team in Leeds.

This role involves leading and managing multiple large-scale residential facades projects from start to finish.

  • Project Scope: Residential facades projects including cladding, rendering, range green, and glazing.
  • Project Value: Schemes worth up to £12m at any one time.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Pre-construction activities, including site setup and preparation.
  • • Leading subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality work.
  • • Regular site visits, progress meetings, and risk management.
  • • Compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
  • • Commercial management, including cost control and profit maximization.
  • • Leadership, mentorship, and support to junior project managers and site teams.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with experience working on large-scale residential projects.
  • Proven experience of working on facade projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and contracts effectively.
  • CSCS card holder and strong understanding of UK construction health & safety regulations.
