Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to fill a pivotal role in supporting environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across various projects.

This position is instrumental in leading and planning environmental aspects of projects, including developing, implementing, and controlling project environmental plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain awareness of SHE hazards and associated risks, demonstrating commitment to eliminate or minimise those risks.
  • Identify and implement initiatives that promote environmental best practices and contribute to organisational sustainability goals.
  • Liaise with clients, managers, and subcontractor organisations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification relevant to the field of operation.
  • At least 5 years experience in the related field.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Sound knowledge of environmental legislation and computer skills in industry-standard software.
