**About This Role**

We seek an energetic customer-centric individual to join our talented team at Campbelltown Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough hearing screening checks and maintenance (full training provided)
- Provide face-to-face and phone-based customer support
- Confirm/schedule customer appointments through effective diary management
- Source external lead generation opportunities and roll out local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
- Assist clinics to operate more effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups
- Offer administrative support to Audiologists and the clinic

**Requirements**

We're looking for someone who loves offering amazing customer support and client care. You'll have previous experience in a face-to-face customer service/retail role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, good computer skills, and be tech savvy.
