Advanced Hearing Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team, providing expert hearing solutions for clients of all backgrounds. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing auditory problems, providing rehabilitative support, and referring clients to other professionals as needed. You will also participate in marketing/public relations activities, provide excellent customer service, and manage client load to meet revenue targets.
- Assess the auditory problems of non-complex adult clients in accordance with established practice methods and standards.
- Provide appropriate rehabilitative support, including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, personal amplification devices, accessories, and/or communication strategies as required.
- Refer clients to other professionals or seek guidance from more senior audiologists where necessary.
- Participate in providing services at visiting sites and home visits.
- Liaise with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) representatives, other allied health & support agencies, and families/carers to ensure best practice and outcomes for each client.
- Undertake marketing/public relations activities in the community as required.
- Provide excellent customer service, manage client load, and meet revenue targets.
