Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ticketing Coordinator to join our Consumer team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day ticketing operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have previous experience working with ticketing systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the achievement of key department KPIs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of internal ticket requests, ensuring accurate tracking and cost codes for internal transfers.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including AFL MSS and AFL Ticketing, on matters related to tickets.
  • Collaborate with the Membership team to troubleshoot member issues related to accessing tickets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for opposition teams regarding ticketing requests.
  • Capitalise on crowd build opportunities from internal departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous ticketing experience, preferably in a sporting environment.
  • Experience using Aspect and/or Archtics platform.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
