About This Role

We're seeking an analytical professional to join our team, responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business performance.

  • Leveraging data analytics is key to giving customers the best possible experience.
  • This role plays a pivotal part in developing strategies that drive business growth.

You will work on diverse projects across departments, including Customer Operations, Responsible Gambling, Marketing, Product, Media, and Risk & Trading.

Your contributions will help us achieve greater efficiency, identify new opportunities, and find innovative solutions to business challenges.

  • Analyse data to generate meaningful insights that support decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Provide strategic insights that influence key business decisions, ensuring the right data is presented at the right time.
  • Presentation of complex analysis in a clear and engaging way, creating 'data stories' that excite and motivate stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include

  1. Manage end-to-end analytical projects, focusing on customer-based insights to guide business strategies.
  2. Develop and refine metrics, tools, and reporting systems to provide actionable insights across the organisation.

About You

  • Proficient in SQL with the ability to extract and manipulate data to generate insights.
  • Strong Excel skills, especially in handling and analysing large datasets.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools, turning data into impactful visual stories.
  • A natural at data storytelling, able to make complex data easy to understand and actionable for non-technical audiences.
  • Background in business analysis and delivering analytical insights that contribute to business growth.
  • Commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate effectively across departments.
