As we continue to drive innovation and growth, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as the Manager of Data Insights. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our organization by leveraging data analytics and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that enhances risk management and compliance capabilities across our Pacific region.
- Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret risk and compliance data, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards and reporting tools that effectively communicate key indicators to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve risk identification and compliance monitoring.
- University-level qualifications in information technology, data science, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience in governance, regulatory compliance, or legal areas, particularly within a regulated financial services environment in Australia, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence practices, and data protection regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and boards.
