Administrative Buyer Job

Our company thrives on speed and spirit, ensuring the right products reach our shelves at the right time every time. As a detail-oriented, process-driven, and data-savvy buyer operator, you will power our Direct-to-Consumer (Dtc) product range.

Your mission is to maintain the smooth operation of the product range by working closely with our Buyers, Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation teams. You'll be responsible for consolidating and placing demand for new product drops, maintaining accurate product data and line lists in SAP & Excel, preparing reports that drive sales, stock flow, and in-season decisions, and managing priorities effectively under tight deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 3-5 years' experience in retail, merchandising, or sports/lifestyle apparel, advanced Excel skills, excellent organisational abilities, a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and resilience to perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
