Support the Global Buying team with administration, data entry, and sample management at Forever New, a leading fashion brand with global reach.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Processing and maintaining purchase orders
  • Raising and managing orders in the product database, ensuring accuracy
  • Raising internal product descriptions
  • Ensuring effective sample management
  • Collating samples for relevant meetings as required
  • General administration and database management
  • Partnering closely with an Assistant Buyer and supporting with market research
  • Working from the Head Office in Melbourne as part of the Global Buying team
About you

Qualifications

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion Merchandise / Enterprise (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a retail environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage a high workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to re-prioritise workload based on business priorities
  • Ability to form relationships across the business
  • Willingness to take initiative and a 'can do' attitude
  • Recent Fashion Graduate, final year online student seeking full-time work, or current Buyers Administrator seeking career development
