Clinical Physiotherapy Lead

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to lead our inpatient team and provide high-quality therapy to support patient outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire the inpatient team, sharing expertise to enhance service delivery.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to support patient recovery and well-being.
- Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure continuity of quality care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Proven experience in managing complex clinical caseloads and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and train junior staff members.
- Australian C-Class driver's license or equivalent.
- Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme eligibility.
