Project Lifecycle Opportunities

This role offers an ideal opportunity for intermediate Quantity Surveyors seeking to make a significant impact on diverse projects within a close-knit, high-achieving team.

You will be responsible for leading key cost management functions, delivering accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and offering strategic advice on value engineering and risk mitigation.

Your role will play a pivotal part in maintaining robust client relationships and driving innovative, customized solutions to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver precise cost advice & estimates
  • Conduct trade take-offs & BOQ pricing
  • Oversee variations & site valuations
  • Implement value management & cost optimization strategies
  • Participate in design meetings & liaise with clients
  • Prepare cost reports & perform financial reconciliation
  • Conduct feasibility studies & assess project viability
  • Utilize industry software such as MS Office and Cost X
Salary Information

The attractive salary package includes an estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, with performance-based bonuses and support for professional memberships.
