Administration Assistant

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team at the Singleton depot.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on customer service, accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, clerical support or customer service (transport/logistics preferred but not essential).

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good computer skills and confidence using internal systems
  • A friendly, helpful attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure

As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Actioning and responding to customer service emails and Salesforce enquiries
  • Assisting customers with depot collections, drop-offs, repacks and damages
  • Investigating freight escalations and managing unidentified freight
  • Completing daily data entry, including raising consignment notes and updating internal systems
  • Scanning finance copies and closing driver manifests
  • Providing timely, accurate and professional support to both internal and external customers
