About the Role

Clinical Leads play a vital leadership role in our mental health programs, ensuring recovery-focused and multidisciplinary practices. As a Clinical Lead with Albury Wodonga Health, you will be a valued member of our team.

This full-time position is available at our Mental Health Northern Hub, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a collaborative team culture.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, occupational therapy, social work, or psychology and experience in helping people through various therapies. Our mental health teams comprise clinicians with diverse backgrounds and experiences, providing a range of opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a positive culture that fosters wellness and self-care among colleagues and individuals engaging with our mental health services.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, delivering clinical treatment, psychosocial support, and care to alleviate emotional distress within our community, health, and hospital settings.
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain and broaden your clinical knowledge and expertise.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. This position also comes with relocation incentives, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to move to the region.

Albury Wodonga Health has access to the Regional Mental Health Workforce Incentive program, which provides grants of up to $20,000 to cover relocation expenses. You will also receive support from our Mental Health Workforce Navigator to help you settle and integrate into the local community.
